When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1 business day of the order date, with the exception of backorders and pre-orders. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it will not be shipped until the next business day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the tracking details.
How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will be e-mailed a tracking number where you can track your order at any time. You may also log into your account to see the status of your order.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Please allow 24 hours for your package to be scanned into the system. If it has been over 24 hours, please feel free to contact us.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Is there a warranty on Gelfand & Co. watches?
Gelfand & Co. offers a two-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
